Fair and Balanced Job Interviews

I won't go too far into it. But I am not a fan of the following questions during job interviews:

1.) What did you like about your last job?
2.) What did you dislike about your last job?
3.) What are your biggest weaknesses?

Because none of them are terribly fair and balanced, in my view.

But that's neither here nor there.
