It's the 13th Inning

Just watching the Cubs game. It's the first half of a double header, and they're in the bottom of the 13th. Aramis Ramirez put one to the wall, but Kerry Robinson made a good catch against the ivy. I really hate Kerry Robinson, by the way. He's the one who won the game for them in the ninth last week at Busch.

But like I said, this is the 13th inning, and both teams have gone deep into their bullpen. Kerry Wood's going in the second game for the Cubbies, and I think it's Matt Morris for the Cardinals, if I remember my USA Today correctly. This is going to force them both deep into Game 2, I think.

Mark Prior pitched another gem last night. I think he's pushing his way back into Cy Young contention.

Carlos Zambrano went seven today, but it was seven solid. Zambrano and Prior have been MONEY down the stretch. I'm a big Kerry Wood fan, but when the cards are on the table, he hasn't been paying out as much, lately.

And they're going to the 14th.
