Tommy Chong's in prison, now.

Could I just ask that my tax dollars not be wasted by putting harmless people in prison? Use my mandatory donations on the roads, please. Or feeding the hungry. Or even putting murderers and rapists in jail.

But don't waste my time with a guy who owns a bong shop. I don't have enough work as it is, and I don't want what tax dollars I am paying to go to this kind of crap.
